DV Groupe paints the exteriors of houses and plexes across Greater Montreal: façades, trim, balconies, balcony ceilings and soffits. Outside, paint has to stand up to sun, rain and Quebec winters; it is the preparation of the surface underneath that decides how long it lasts.
Among the most exposed surfaces of a Montreal plex, prepared and painted like the rest of the façade.
Trim and casings

Exteriors
Exterior painting: common questions
When can you paint a house exterior in Quebec?
Exterior painting depends on the weather: it is done in dry conditions, when the temperature suits the product being used, which puts most of the work between spring and autumn. The date is set with you during the quote.
Do you paint balconies, balcony ceilings and soffits?
Yes. Balconies, their ceilings and soffits are among the most exposed surfaces of a Montreal plex; they are prepared and painted like the rest of the façade.
How much does it cost to paint a house exterior?
The price depends on the height, the area to paint, the condition of the existing paint and access to the building. DV Groupe does not publish fixed prices: every project gets a free, no-obligation quote.
Do you work outside Montreal?
Yes. DV Groupe works across Greater Montreal and travels further depending on the project; the company has already completed work in Ontario.
